🍳 Instructions

Firstly, lets start by preparing the shredded chicken for your buffalo chicken dip. This is the perfect time to grab a rotisserie chicken from Costco or pull out some pre-shredded chicken from the freezer. You can also grab a can of chicken in a crunch.

Second, we need to make the sauce. In a large bowl combine the buffalo sauce, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and shredded cheese. Mix your sauce and chicken together till well combined.

Thirdly transfer the chicken mixture to an oven safe baking dish. Then top your buffalo chicken dip with crumbled blue cheese and remaining shredded cheese. Lastly, place the pan in the oven and let it cook till gooey and bubbly!

One of the things we really love about buffalo chicken dip is if you know you are going to be in a time crunch prep this dish ahead! Start by mixing everything together in a ziplock bag and store in the fridge till ready enjoy and bake as normal.

You can also prepare your Buffalo Chicken Dip in a crockpot or instant pot if preferred to help with busy schedules! If you want to prepare in a Crockpot cook on low for 3 hours or on high for 1 hour.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 3 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Topping

  • ½ cup shredded cheese
  • Blue cheese crumbles

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a microwave safe bowl soften cream cheese in microwave for one minute.
  3. Once softened add buffalo sauce and ranch dressing to the bowl. Using a hand mixer combine till a creamy like consistency.
  4. Add shredded chicken and cheese to sauce mixture and fold together.
  5. Pour dip mixture into a greased 9x9 dish. Top with remaining shredded cheese and bleu cheese crumbles.
  6. Place dish in the oven to bake for 20 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
