He has specialized in bariatric surgery for over 20 years and consistently accepts recommendations for the most difficult weight loss surgical candidates who have previously been refused by other surgical specialists, particularly the super-morbidly obese (above 600 pounds).
Currently, Dr Now is affiliated with First Street Hospital in Bellaire, Texas; also, he practices at University General Hospital, Renaissance Hospital, Doctors Hospital at Tidwell, and Surgery Specialty Hospital (previously Vista Medical Center). At the moment, he serves as the Best Care Clinic's Medical Director.
